Lime Academy Hartwell has recently joined Lime Trust and we are excited to take the school into its new phase of development. Our vision as a Trust is Putting Learners First, a vision we are committed to delivering for all of our young people.
Lime Academy Hartwell is an inclusive special school located in the centre of Luton. We are dedicated to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young people with a wide range of education needs and disabilities. At Lime Academy Hartwell, every learner is at the heart of everything we do, and we are passionate about empowering our pupils to achieve their full potential, both academically and personally.
Our skilled and caring team works closely with families and external professionals to ensure each pupil receives a tailored educational experience. By fostering strong relationships and creating individualised provision within our learning pathways, we aim to help every child access a personalised and purposeful curriculum that develop the skills, confidence, and independence they need for their future.

Year 7 Transition Visits at Lime Academy Hartwell!
We're excited to welcome our new Year 7 learners and their families as they begin their journey with us!
📅 Session Dates & Times:
🟢 22nd June | 9:15am – 11:15am
🟢 22nd June | 1:00pm – 3:00pm
🟢 24th June | 9:15am – 11:15am
🟢 24th June | 1:00pm – 3:00pm
During the visit, learners will meet key staff, explore our learning environment, and begin getting to know their new school community. Parents and carers will have the opportunity to meet our team, complete admission paperwork, and ask any questions about their child's transition.

Proof of Child's Name & Date of Birth (Birth Certificate or Passport)
Proof of Child's Home Address
